Blueprint Course
Get Certified
Construction Blueprint Mastery is a hands-on certification course that teaches you to read a complete set of construction plans with confidence. Take it live in Temecula and Orange County, or live online over Zoom.
Plans are the language of every job.
Every bid, every material order, and every conversation with an inspector or GC starts with the drawings. When you can’t read them well, you guess — and guessing is how jobs end up with change orders, delays, and blown margins.
This course walks you through real construction drawings, sheet by sheet, until reading a full plan set feels routine. You’ll learn how architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical sheets fit together, and how to catch the conflicts between them before work starts.
The goal isn’t just to read blueprints. It’s to think like the construction professional who’s running the job.

Common questions
Do I need construction experience?
No. The course starts with the basics and builds up to reading and coordinating full plan sets. Experienced contractors take it too, to sharpen skills and catch what they’ve been missing.
Is this a state license?
No. You receive a certificate of completion from Contractor License School showing you’ve been trained in blueprint reading. It is not a contractor license and is not issued by the CSLB. If you need a license, we can help with that too.
Is the Zoom class the same as in person?
Yes. Same curriculum, same manual, same certificate. In person suits people who like working through printed plan sets at a table; Zoom suits people who can’t travel.
