Law and Trade Tests.

The law test you must pass will be administered to you by the CSLB — the Contractors State License Board. The government department in California responsible for overseeing contractors.

This test covers California construction law.

It can be hard if you don’t do any studying.

And that’s why we exist: to prepare you for the law test.

As well as for the trade test, which should be easier for you, however, because you’re at journeyman level.

The trade test will cover the C34 trade, respectively.

YOU MUST APPLY

You must get one person to sign off on an application that we would be happy to help you fill out as apart of our services when you enroll with us. After you find and get the signature of a qualifier (someone who can verify your experience) you must submit this application to CSLB.

Once approved, they’ll give you an appointment to take your tests.

This process can take up to a few weeks.

As long as you’ve studied, you’ll pass the tests.

Title 16, Division 8, Article 3. Classifications

A pipeline contractor fabricates and installs pipelines for the conveyance of fluids, such as water, gas, or petroleum, or for the containment or protection of any other material, including the application of protective coatings or systems and the trenching, boring, shoring, backfilling, compacting, paving and surfacing necessary to complete the installation of such pipelines.
